All our products are shipped via FedEx 2Day Delivery, available nationwide (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Order Management

Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, it must be done on the same day it was placed. You can cancel by calling 817-624-9712, available from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, or by emailing us at provisions@cheftimlove.com. If you placed your order after regular business hours, please send us an email.

Product Concerns

Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your products haven't been delivered within 8 days of placing your order, please utilize the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Product Condition
All our products are shipped frozen, with each order packed in an insulated box containing 5-7 pounds of dry ice per day in transit. In the event of thawed or damaged products, please contact us promptly at 817-624-9712, available from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If possible, email us a picture at provisions@cheftimlove.com.

Dry Ice Handling
Dry ice should be handled with care. Avoid direct contact with your skin, and allow it to sublimate naturally. Place the dry ice outside in a well-ventilated container, away from children and pets.
