Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your products haven't been delivered within 8 days of placing your order, please utilize the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Product Condition
All our products are shipped frozen, with each order packed in an insulated box containing 5-7 pounds of dry ice per day in transit. In the event of thawed or damaged products, please contact us promptly at 800-299-8992, available from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. If possible, email us a picture at info@chefloveprovisions.com.

Dry Ice Handling
Dry ice should be handled with care. Avoid direct contact with your skin, and allow it to sublimate naturally. Place the dry ice outside in a well-ventilated container, away from children and pets.

Refunds and Replacements
Cuisine Solutions does not offer refunds for products. However, under certain circumstances, we may provide special discounts or replacements. If you're missing part of your order, please contact us within 48 hours.
